Shelby and I took some photos around Denver with her new camera. We stopped first at Sloan’s Lake, and then recovered with some appetizers and a Railyard Ale at Wynkoop.
Well, it’s all the convenience of a point & shoot camera but with resulting images that can occasionally rival the larger DSLR brethren. It has a larger sensor than any other camera its size, which makes for much crisper, less grainy photos.
It also manages to deal with the bright skies without abdicating all the detail of the shadows. Smartphone cameras tend to expose for one part of the image and sacrifice the rest of it.
In any case, no serious photographer would use this camera as a primary, but they might love it as a “carry everywhere” backup camera. For us amateurs, though, it’s plenty good enough for what we want to do!
Love the pics. Tell me more about the camera!

The b&w is striking!
the word brethren was used!
Great pics, looks like professional work to me
